Dominic joined FGS Industrial in September 2025 after successfully leading the completion of a large-scale decommissioning project as Head of Engineering and Facilities, ensuring a safe, compliant, and efficient transition. As Contracts Manager for the Industrial team in North Kent, he oversees contract delivery, client relationships, and labour supply, driving operational efficiency and supporting the continued growth of services across the region.
With a decade of service in the Royal Engineers, Dominic brings a disciplined, resourceful, and solutions focused approach to his role. Alongside his operational responsibilities, he provides technical support to onsite waste segregation processes, optimising the performance of shredders, presses, and balers. A strong advocate for Mental Health First Aid (MHFA), Dominic is committed to supporting the wellbeing of colleagues while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and teamwork.
