Mike joined FGS Industrial in March 2025 and manages the daily operations of our DS Smith contract. He leads the onsite team, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. He brings experience from both the paper making industry, where he progressed to Finishing Manager, and from Southern Water, where he worked as an Asset Maintenance Manager.
