Through our proven track record, our can-do attitude, we are committed to providing bespoke industrial cleaning services, tailored to our clients’ needs.We are looking for a Core Cutting Operative to join the team within our Kemsley Paper Mill facility, ensuring all work is completed to a standard set out by our clients with maximum efficiency.Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the general operation as required.
  • Cutting cores
  • Stacking barrows
  • Loading cores into hoppers
  • Working in confined spaces
  • Working at height
  • Operation of site cranes
  • Bobcat and Forklift operation
  • Although equipment is supplied this is a manual job and will require the appropriate level of fitness.
  • You must adhere to all Company Policies and Procedures, including but not limited to, those specified in the Employee Handbook, Health and Safety Policy, EMS System, IMS System and any financial systems
  • You must remain aware at all times of your responsibilities for your own health and safety and for the health and safety of your work colleagues. You must ensure that all times the correct PPE is worn.

Through our proven track record, our can-do attitude, we are committed to providing bespoke industrial cleaning services, tailored to our clients’ needs.We are looking for an office administrator to join our busy team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all aspects of incoming and outgoing billing for the North Kent Enterprise. This includes ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, monitoring payments, addressing any discrepancies, and liaising with relevant departments to maintain smooth financial operations.Responsibilities:Sales Responsibilities:
  • Generate and process sales orders on a weekly and monthly basis for North Kent Enterprises, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
  • Act as a point of contact for customers, managing requests for purchase orders and maintaining effective communication.
  • Monitor sales activity to ensure all completed work is accurately invoiced in a timely manner.
  • Investigate and resolve any invoice queries promptly, liaising with customers or internal teams as necessary to reach a resolution.
  • Record internal sales data into appropriate spreadsheets, maintaining organised and up-to-date records.
Compliance Responsibilities:
  • Provide support in ensuring all compliance requirements are met and adhered to within North Kent Enterprises.
  • Maintain and update the compliance system, ensuring that all information is current and accurate.
  • Monitor compliance-related documents, proactively notifying managers of any upcoming expirations or renewals.
  • Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain and verify the necessary compliance documentation.
General Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation and completion of financial spreadsheets, contributing to the development of budgets and KPI reports.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the North Kent Management team, handling ad-hoc tasks as needed.
  • Enter data and produce or update reports upon management or customer request, ensuring accuracy and clarity.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

To ensure a consistently high standard of office cleaning across all three floors, we aim to maintain a clean and welcoming environment for everyone. This includes regular cleaning tasks and attention to detail in every area of the office. This role is physically demanding and involves manual tasks.Responsibilities:
  • Empty all bins throughout the building, including in offices, meeting rooms, kitchen areas, and restrooms.
  • Sweep, vacuum, and mop the entire ground floor to ensure it remains clean and welcoming.
  • Sweep, vacuum, and mop all stairwells and landings to maintain tidy and safe passageways between floors.
  • Sweep, vacuum, and mop all office spaces and meeting rooms on each level.
  • Clean and mop the kitchen area thoroughly to maintain a hygienic environment.
  • Sweep, vacuum, and mop all restroom facilities on each level to ensure cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Wipe down all skirting boards regularly to keep dust-free.
  • Wipe down and keep all desks clean, ensuring workspaces remain tidy and presentable.
  • Regularly clean all kitchen areas, including countertops and common-use surfaces.
  • Maintain cleanliness in meeting rooms, keeping surfaces and walls free from marks and dust.
  • Clean office walls and restroom walls as needed to maintain a professional and polished appearance.
Requirements:
