Since joining FGS in 2020 as Day Shift Supervisor, Dean has progressed to Assistant Contract Manager, supporting the Contracts Manager with managing the day-to-day operation of the waste management contract in North Kent. Earlier in his career, Dean served in the Second Battalion of The Princess of Wales Royal Regiment from 2002 – 2008, completing tours of duty in Iraq, Northern Ireland, and Kosovo.
